Understanding Our Payment Process

Thank you for choosing us to make your event unforgettable! To ensure clarity and smooth planning, please carefully review our payment process and policies:

Reservation Fee:

At the time of booking, a reservation fee is required to secure your entertainer. This fee is non-transferable and non-cancellable, meaning it will not be refunded if the client cancels their booking. The fee compensates for the entertainer’s reserved time and the opportunity cost of turning down other bookings to honour your event. By paying the reservation fee, you agree to these terms.

Final Payment Due 4 Weeks Before the Event:

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks prior to your event date. Failure to complete this payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the entertainer’s services without refund of the reservation fee.
